Vote by mail ballots: processing.

Elections: precinct maps.

Chaptered

Would further enhance public access to county election information by requiring the registrar of voters in each county to provide access to information as it pertains to the boundaries of each precinct within a county. Signed into law on July 30, 2025.

AB 310

Nevaeh Youth Sports Safety Act.

Chaptered

Would require all private youth sports organizations to have a written emergency response plan that is reviewed with coaches and staff annually. Would also ensure that any AED used is maintained and tested according to the guidelines established by the manufacturer of the AED.  Finally, will ensure that coaches are certified, then recertified at least every two years, to perform CPR and operate an AED. Signed into law on October 3, 2025.
